There was a Baincinqer called Hazel
Whose running was laboured (and nasal)
"Training's easy!" she'd laugh
But then injured her calf
So she's now on the physio's table.

There was a young lady called Haze,
Who ran everywhere in a daze,
Poor thing injured her calf,
(she does nothing by half),
And now weekly the physio pays.
Oh team Baincinq you know we adore ya,
The girls: Hazey, Jolene and Laura.
With Degs and Georgy-boy too,
You make up quite a crew,
Running Paris fuelled by 'nanas and water.
There was a young(?) runner called Ben,
Seen in Northend town now and then.
Expected to post a fast time,
(Even whilst slurping wine),
He'll be first out of that starting pen!
Hi, guess who? Its Ben here,
And yes, im slupping some beer,
After running a race,
At a very fast pace,
Im willing my blisters to heal.
boom...boom....
Baincinq like to go for their runs,
Both for fitness, and 'cos it is fun.
But when hitting the road,
They forgot it had snowed.
And they all ended up on their bums.
Five friends from Northend 'Team Baincinq' (plus Ben),
Agreed to a plan by a crank (guess who?),
Training was intense
The pain was IMMENSE
Laura, it's you, we all "thank"!
If we all start at Le Champs Elysees
wearing Tee shirts that aren't too cheesy
and believe we run "bravement"
avoiding poo on the pavement
then finishing with PBs should be easy
