Don't panic

Honorary Baincinq member Ben made an unexpected appearance in Northend this week.

Despite claiming that he was "Just in the area" it quickly transpired that the purpose of his visit was to catch up on all matters Paris. All too predictably it wasn't long before both 26.2 mile obsessives were pouring over Hazel's vast collection of running books in an attempt to determine the optimum training schedule and race-day strategy etc.

As the attached photo shows, happily both were able to reassure themselves that their marathon plans are well on track...
